I had the smoked BBQ tofu. It was absolutely fantastic.
Amazing and diverse selection of prepared meals sourced from local farms. Prices are very affordable and they offer meals for a variety of diets as well as lunches for kids. Cannot recommend more strongly! Delicious and reliable food. I will say it’s important to plan ahead if you are not part of the regular meal plan service with this service though. Orders are picked up weekly (or delivered) on Fridays but must be placed by Monday at 8am of that week.
I've had their prepared soup (split pea and ham) as well as russian vegetable pie made and delivered to my door, these are the best tasting meals I've had, low in sodium, saturated with natural flavors of the food. Good quality ingredients and very reasonable price, highly recommend it!
I've been ordering 2-4 meals a week plus tried several add-ons (sour dough bread, paw paw cheese cake, smoked tofu, salads, sweet cream butter, etc) over the past 3 months and wow have they nailed great quality food! Terrific, creativeand fresh recipes prepared weekly. I am thrilled wi th how doverse the menu is.and appreciate the vegetarian options. Love, love, love, plus they deliver or offer pick up sites. Great local, very fresh food. Salads are SO DELICIOUS!
We started eating from HK when I was nursing our daughter and couldn't have dairy or soy due to a baby allergy - they could not have been nicer or more understanding about making dishes without dairy or soy in them. We no longer have that restriction, but still order food from them often - with our busy work schedules, it's been an absolute lifesaver. Plus, because it's nearly all organic and local, we feel great about giving it to our 1-year old while she eats dinner with us. Good tasting food that's good for you, prepared by nice people. What's not to like?
I honestly cannot say enough good things about Harvest Kitchen in Ann Arbor. The food is incredibly delicious, handmade weekly with as much straight-from-the-farm produce as possible. And with love that you can taste with each bite. The owner is very kind and has gone out of his way to accommodate my severe food restrictions. Regardless if you are vegan, gluten free, dairy free, soy free or you just enjoying eating good food, Harvest Kitchen not only can serve you, but offer creative dishes you can't find elsewhere. Pictured is what I would say is the best plant-based mac and cheese in Michigan (and maybe beyond!)
